COVID-19 Procedures/Guidelines

*Please note: the parking lot behind the salon is reserved for EMPLOYEES ONLY*

 

Please read through carefully before booking an appointment. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new normal.

 

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
 

*Any appointments that are canceled/rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

 

*New clients seeking a highlighting service are required to book a consultation prior to booking a color appointment to ensure adequate time.
 

*Curly clients – please read the Curly Cut section of our FAQ page before booking.
 

*Online booking is currently disabled - Please call the salon at 610-436-4765 to book your appointment.
 

*All clients are required to have a card on file when booking- this will be used for your contact-less payment at the end of your appointment. All tips should be in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
 

*Please note: due to the extra safety measures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) we will be adding a $5 service fee to every client's ticket. Thank you for understanding and helping to keep yourselves and us safe!

 

 

APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL
 

*If you are feeling sick PLEASE STAY HOME! If you come to your appointment and are showing visible signs of illness you will be asked to reschedule.
 

*Please arrive for your appointment several minutes early and remain in your car. We will text/ call you when we’re ready for you to come inside. Please allow up to 15 extra minutes to finish the previous client and properly sanitize. 

 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
 

*Stylists are only allowed one client in the building at a time. With the exception of a parent of a child under 10 years old, no one is allowed in the building unless they're actively receiving a service.
 

*Please wear your own mask. If you’re getting a color service we recommend a disposable mask that you don’t mind getting color on.
 

*Beverages will not be served and eating inside is not allowed. You may bring your own beverage as long as it's in a closed container with a straw (that you can sip from with your mask still on.)
 

*Hand sanitizer is available at every stylists' station and at various points around the salon.
 

*Adhere to social distancing as much as possible.
