Below is some information regarding reopening - please read through carefully. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new normal.
*Due to changes in duration of services our online booking system will continue to be disabled. This ensures each client will have enough time and the stylists have a much needed break.
*Please call the salon at 610-436-4765 between 10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturday to book your appointment.
*All clients are required to have a card on file when booking- this will be used for your contact-less payment at the end of your appointment. All tips should be in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
*Please note: due to the extra safety measures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) we will be adding a $5 service fee to every client's ticket. Thank you for understanding and helping to keep yourselves and us safe!
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS + PROTOCOL
We all need to work together to make this successful, and you are a huge part of that. All of our staff are certified in proper sanitation and safety protocol. This is a list of all of the things that we’d like you to do to help all of us…
*First and foremost (and this should go without saying) - if you are feeling sick PLEASE STAY HOME! If you come to your appointment and are showing visible signs of illness you will be asked to reschedule.
*Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Please wait outside the front door and someone will be out to check you in, sign a waiver, and take your temperature. Please call 610-436-4765 for assistance.

*Wear your own mask. It must be a “loop mask” that goes behind your ears, not the kind that ties around your head. You may be asked to rebook if you do not have a mask.
*Please come alone and don't bring any unnecessary stuff with you.
*Beverages will not be served and eating inside is not allowed. You may bring your own beverage as long as it's in a closed container with a straw (that you can sip from with your mask still on.)
*Hand sanitizer is available at every stylists' station and at various points around the salon.
*Adhere to social distancing as much as possible.
Velvet takes the health and safety of our clients and team extremely seriously. Even with the new safety protocols in place, we are unable to completely eliminate the possibility of anyone becoming infected in our space.
