Compensation: Service Commission: 47%
Service Structure: Our services are charged by the hour and appointments are booked in hourly sessions. Each Hair Artist has an hourly rate determined by experience and expertise.
Benefits: Employee discount on salon services. In-salon training from Danger Jones Educator Alicia McLaughlin, Wella Educator Jennifer Sanchez, Curly Hair Expert Annie McFetridge as well as guest educators.
Requirements
Team Player: Works well with others; collaborates with other artists when needed; participates in salon events; contributes ideas and knowledge to the team.
Experienced in coloring, cutting, styling, and updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.
Have the ability to create customized looks for clients.
Must have a professional attitude towards clients and staff.
Must be available on Saturdays.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be forward thinking, innovative, creative & original.
Current PA cosmetology license.
